Set Up the ISO+™ Portal

📌 NOTE: Depending on your role and permission level, some of the following features might not be available for your account.

Access to Your Portal

You will see the Portal icon in the left sidebar in the Dashboard view or on the top right of your screen if you are inside the boards. After clicking it and completing authentication, access to the Portal will depend on your assigned role and permission level.

The ISO+™ Portal provides three main tiles for managing your organisation’s core settings and records. Each tile opens a dedicated area of the portal.

Business Configuration

Use Business Configuration to manage the general information and branding associated with your organisation.
The page includes four main sections:

  • Company Logos - Upload the different logo formats used throughout ISO+™:
  • Business Details - Enter or update your organisation’s core business information
Business Address - Enter your organisation’s registered business address
  • Business Numbers - Enter your Australian business registration numbers, such as ABN and ACN, as applicable.
These details will be used throughout the ISO+™ workspace and included in generated PDF files.

In the Company Logo section, you can upload three versions of your company logo, each tailored for a specific purpose. These logos will automatically apply across your ISO+™ workspace and appear in generated PDF files.

  • Default Logo: This is the standard version of your company logo, used across general applications such as profile displays and system-generated PDF documents (e.g., tax invoices).

  • Square Logo: If your primary logo is not square, you may consider uploading a square version to ensure a clean, professional appearance on digital forms and compact displays; however, you can still use your default logo.

  • Wide Logo: For a professional document header layout, such as policies and procedures or service agreements, upload a wide-format version of your logo. You can create this using Canva or other graphic tools by designing a canvas with recommended dimensions of 820 × 312 pixels. Position your logo centrally within the middle third of the canvas to achieve balanced alignment.

📌 Remember to click “Save Changes” after updating your business details. Then, scroll to the top of the page and click “Back to Workspace” to continue setting up your ISO+™ Portal.

 Finance Settings & Automation

The Finance Settings & Automation page allows you to manage the financial information, document numbering, accounting integrations and billing automation used within your ISO+™ Portal.

There are three tabs available:
  • Financial Settings
  • Accounting Integrations
  • Invoice & Statement Automation

The Financial Settings tab includes two main sections.
  • Bank Details - Enter the banking and payment information used on your invoices and statements. These details help ensure that your invoices and statements contain the correct payment information.
  • Document Number Configuration - Use this section to configure the numbering format for financial documents generated through ISO+™. In the first settings, you can edit the first number. Then the system automatically assigns the next sequential number for each document type. The next number is displayed beside the prefix and cannot be manually edited.
📌 Remember to click “Save Changes” after updating your financial settings or document numbering configuration.

The Accounting Integrations tab allows you to connect ISO+™ with supported accounting platforms and synchronise relevant financial information, including customers, invoices, payments and financial records.
Currently, Xero is available for connection.

MYOB and QuickBooks integrations are planned for future release.

When Xero is connected, ISO+™ can use your Xero account information for supported financial transactions and synchronisation.

Available actions include:
  • Connect Xero – establish the connection with Xero through your Xero username and password.
  • Test Connection – Check whether the connection between ISO+™ and Xero is working correctly.
  • View Xero Logs – Review integration logs to help identify connection or synchronisation issues.
After connecting Xero using your Xero account credentials and once authenticated, your ISO+™ and Xero accounts will be securely linked. Then you can configure the default Xero account codes and tax rates ISO+™ should use when creating or synchronising financial documents.
Some of the most common line-item examples are:
  • 200 – Sales: Income from normal sales of products or services.
  • 260 – Other Revenue: Income outside normal sales activities.
  • 270 – Interest Income: Interest earned from bank accounts or other funds.
  • 310 – Cost of Goods Sold: Direct costs of providing or producing goods or services.

Some of the most common Tax rate examples are:
  • BAS Excluded: Transactions not reported for GST purposes on the BAS.
  • GST Free Income: Income where no GST is charged.
  • GST on Income: Income where GST is charged.
  • GST Free Expenses: Expenses that do not include GST.
  • GST on Expenses: Expenses that include GST.

📌 After completing or updating the mappings, remember to click “Save Mapping” to save your changes.

The Invoice & Statement Automation tab allows you to automatically generate and email invoices and client statements according to a schedule, reducing the need to create and send recurring financial documents manually.

Also, all generated invoices and statements are listed and available in the "Recent documents" section.

Audit Trail

The Audit Trail allows you to track activities and changes made within your ISO+™ workspace and is useful for traceability, accountability.
It
provides a chronological record of system and user activities, helping you review who performed an action, when it occurred and what was changed.
For each recorded activity, the Audit Trail may display:

  • Timestamp – The date and time the activity occurred.
  • Action – The type of action performed, such as updating settings or business information.
  • User – The user account that performed the action.
  • IP Address – The IP address associated with the activity.
  • Details – Additional information about the action or change.

You can use the "Search audit trail" field to find specific records.
You can also use the available filters to narrow the results by "Action" and "User". This makes it easier to review particular types of activities or changes made by a specific user.

📌 NOTE: The Audit Trail is useful for traceability, accountability and reviewing changes made within your ISO+™ workspace.
